Delete your account
Open the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your authentication record and associated data. You can also email us to request manual deletion.
Manage or cancel PRO
Manage your subscription from your Google Play or Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; PRO stays active until the end of the current period.
Restore a purchase
In Settings, use Restore purchases to re-sync an active subscription on a new device or after reinstalling.

Is Hoops49 a sportsbook?
No. Hoops49 is an independent sports-analytics and predictions app. We never accept, hold or place wagers, and we are not affiliated with any sportsbook. Odds and lines are shown for informational purposes only.
Is it free?
Yes — the core experience is free, including rankings, matchup previews, model track record and prediction probabilities. Hoops49 PRO unlocks the deeper edge tools: expected value, edge vs. line, fair odds and advanced filters.
Which platforms is it on?
Hoops49 is built for both Android and iOS from a shared codebase, so the experience is the same on either phone.
Where does the data come from?
NBA stats, schedules and standings come from established sports-data providers, and betting lines from a licensed odds provider. All requests are routed through our backend — no personal data is ever sent to a data provider.
How accurate are the predictions?
Predictions are statistical estimates from machine-learning models — not guarantees. We publish the model's track record, calibration and hit rates inside the app so you can judge accuracy for yourself before relying on anything.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes. Because Hoops49 surfaces sportsbook odds, expected value and bet tracking, you must confirm you are at least 21 years old to use the app.
How do I cancel PRO?
Manage or cancel anytime from your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep PRO until the end of the current billing period.
